MORPHO TOUCH from Greek morph, shape and English Touch touch, contact. Device that collects a person's fingerprint and in less than 30 seconds delivers a complete tab of the person if she has registered in the database consulted. The system is called AFIS, by the English acronym for Automatic Fingerprint Identification System. It has been implemented in Buenos Aires with 4200 fugitives from justice and in the first 30 stopped at 15. It is being used to control the entrance to the stadiums. Argentina intends to incorporate anyone with a criminal record.
